Gaurang Velani
Founder & Managing Director

Gaurang Velani is the Founder and Managing Director of Arish Living. A civil engineer by training, he holds a BEng in Civil Engineering from Saurashtra University (1995) and brings over 30 years' experience in construction and property development, including delivering more than 400 homes early in his career before relocating to the UK and building a reputation across London's residential, commercial and community development sectors.

In 2019, Gaurang founded Arish Living with a clear vision: to create sustainable, high-quality developments that enhance local communities while delivering lasting value for residents, stakeholders and investors.

Under his leadership, Arish Living has delivered a diverse portfolio of projects, including Aura Court in West Hendon (37 contemporary apartments and commercial space), Alvyn Court in Wembley (a boutique development of 12 apartments), the refurbishment of luxury properties in Chelsea and Mayfair, and the company's own headquarters at 109 West Hendon Broadway.

Today, Gaurang is leading a growing pipeline of residential-led developments across London and the South East, including Brimsdown Sports Ground in Enfield, Pinstone Way in Buckinghamshire, Grove Lodge in Hertfordshire and the Church Hall Redevelopment in Enfield.

He believes successful development extends beyond the buildings themselves - placing equal importance on sustainable design, placemaking, biodiversity and community engagement, and maintaining strong relationships with local authorities, professional consultants, investors and the communities Arish Living builds in. Gaurang also supports local charitable programmes that benefit older people and children.

Murshid Zeya
Development & Project Manager

Murshid Zeya manages Arish Living's developments from initial feasibility through to completion, working closely with architects, planning consultants, engineers, local authorities and specialist consultants at every stage — including pre-application discussions, planning submissions, Section 106 negotiations and technical approvals. He evaluates development opportunities, prepares financial viability assessments and works with the consultant team to optimise layouts and buildability, before overseeing programme management, procurement support and delivery through construction.

Himanshu Ramani
Procurement & Property Operations Manager

Himanshu Ramani manages procurement and operational activities across Arish Living's developments, ensuring projects are supplied efficiently and delivered on programme. He procures construction materials, appoints subcontractors and suppliers, and manages purchasing schedules alongside the project and site teams to maintain cost control and programme certainty. He also oversees the company's office operations and completed property portfolio, coordinating maintenance and contractor appointments after completion.

Dishant Pavasiya
Assistant Project Manager

Dishant Pavasiya provides technical and commercial support across Arish Living's projects, coordinating information between consultants, contractors and site teams from pre-construction through to delivery. His responsibilities include preparing tender documentation, analysing subcontractor quotations, undertaking quantity take-offs and monitoring material requirements, supporting accurate procurement and effective cost control throughout construction.

Ankit Goti
Senior Site Manager

Ankit Goti leads the construction delivery of Arish Living's developments, overseeing day-to-day site operations to the highest standards of workmanship, health and safety. His responsibilities include reviewing construction drawings, coordinating subcontractors, supervising site teams and managing construction programmes, with regular inspections ensuring quality remains consistently high throughout every stage of the build.​

Bhautik Radadiya
Site Manager

Bhautik Radadiya supervises daily site activities across Arish Living's construction projects, working closely with the Senior Site Manager to coordinate labour resources and monitor subcontractor performance. He carries out regular quality inspections and ensures works comply with approved drawings and company procedures — a proactive approach that identifies issues early and keeps every project on programme.
