Enfield
Brimsdown Sports Ground is one of Arish Living's flagship proposed development, transforming a former sports ground into a sustainable new neighbourhood in the London Borough of Enfield. The masterplan delivers approximately 384 new homes, a mix of family houses and contemporary apartments, centred on a large landscaped public park, children's play areas and pedestrian-friendly streets. New commercial space supports local services, and the scheme has been shaped through extensive engagement with planning officers and design review panels.
Tatling End, Buckinghamshire
An outline proposal for up to 46 homes on the edge of Tatling End, comprising a mix of apartments and family houses, including 50% affordable housing and custom-build plots for local residents. The masterplan incorporates extensive landscaping, public open space and biodiversity improvements, with sustainable drainage and strong connections to local amenities and transport.
Chandlers Cross, Hertfordshire
An exclusive collection of four detached family homes set within Grove Lodge's woodland surroundings, replacing existing residential and equestrian buildings. The architecture draws on traditional farmstead character - rustic multi-stock brickwork and natural timber cladding - while the scheme retains mature trees, protects neighbouring ancient woodland and delivers a 33% biodiversity net gain.
Grove Road, Enfield
A residential scheme bringing a vacant brownfield site back into use, delivering 24 homes. It’s a mix of 20 apartments and 4 family-sized duplexes - inspired by the area's historic architecture while introducing a contemporary design that complements St Paul's Church and Grove Road Open Space. The scheme includes energy-efficient construction, renewable technologies, sustainable drainage, cycle parking, EV charging and biodiverse landscaping, along with communal rooftop gardens, private outdoor space, wheelchair-accessible homes, SuDS and Secure by Design principles.
